A dark, clear sky at Callicoma Hill was perfect for seeing the eclipse of the moon – the last until 2025. Framed by silhouetted trees, with no lights or sounds to distract from this special natural event, we were able to observe the spectacular transition from a full moon to a reddish disk in the night sky.
Morning fog rose from the valley into a sunny sky this morning.
The peace and quiet was punctuated by bird and frog calls, and the trickling sound of flowing springs following recent rains. A truly wonderful and inspiring spring morning!
