How to opt out of correspondence

Booking information & terms
On booking, guests acknowledge that Callicoma Hill is relatively remote and in a natural setting. It is accessed by 3.5 km of unsealed road, and mobile phone coverage may be unreliable. The Mount Royal area is subject to a range of risks including changeable weather conditions and natural events. Guests are responsible for their safety, and are expected to be self-reliant, aware of potential risks and hazards, and to be properly prepared for outdoor activities.
Participants in activities organised by, or in association with Callicoma Hill are advised of potential risks, and that they are attending the event at their own risk and responsible for their own safety.
Booking cancellation
Our cancellation policy is that:
- In the event of a cancellation, Callicoma Hill will seek to organise a mutually agreeable alternative booking date.
- Where booked accommodation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date and no alternative booking date is agreed, Callicoma Hill
will refund 50% of the deposit retaining a minimum $50 administration fee to cover the cost of the cancellation.
- Where booked accommodation is cancelled between 7 and 30 days prior to the arrival date and no alternative booking date is agreed, the deposit
will not be refunded. However, Callicoma Hill may at its discretion refund the balance less a $50 administration fee if the accommodation
can be rebooked.
- No refund of any booking payment will be given where less than 7 days notice is given.
- No refund will be given where guests do not arrive on the agreed arrival date.
Cleaning fee, bond & damage
Guests must leave the building and site in a clean and tidy condition, and remove rubbish. Callicoma Hill reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of additional cleaning, and a minimum of $50 applies.
By booking, guests agree not to cause any damage to the building or the property, and to behave responsibly. Guests must pay the full cost of repairing any damage for which they are responsible. A $500 cash bond may be required at the time of booking, and will be refunded within one week of departure if the facilities are left in a clean and tidy condition, and there has been no damage or breakages. Requirement for payment of a bond is at the discretion of Callicoma Hill.
Theft & loss
Guests are responsible for their property and safety during their stay, and Callicoma Hill takes no responsibility for the theft or loss of guests’ personal property.
